The Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management is a faculty of the Université libre de Bruxelles, the French-speaking research university of Brussels. Business education at ULB began in 1899, and the school was established in 1903 through a donation from the industrialist Ernest Solvay, whose name it still carries. With more than 120 years of business education behind it, Solvay was the first French-speaking business school in Belgium to hold multiple international accreditations, and today spans degree programmes, advanced masters and executive education for the Belgian and European business community.
