ICN Business School was founded in 1905 in Nancy as the Institut Commercial de Nancy by the Meurthe-et-Moselle Chamber of Commerce. A triple-accredited grande école (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) associated with the University of Lorraine, its distinguishing idea is the Artem Alliance, forged in 1999 with Nancy's schools of art and engineering — art, technology and management taught side by side. A non-profit under the 1901 law and state-labelled EESPIG, it now teaches on four campuses: Nancy and Paris La Défense in France, Nuremberg and Berlin in Germany.
