About UCLA Anderson

UCLA Anderson — the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management — traces to the School of Management founded at UCLA in 1935, with the MBA authorised four years later. It awarded its last undergraduate degree in 1969, and UCLA remains rare among American public universities in offering no undergraduate business administration degree: Anderson is purely a graduate school, teaching MBA programmes in every format alongside financial engineering, business analytics and a PhD. It took its name in 1987, when the billionaire John E. Anderson donated $15 million — at the time the largest individual gift the University of California had ever received.
